St. Paul Inside the Walls is the Catholic Center for Evangelization for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Paterson.
Located at the campus of the former Bayley-Ellard High School in Madison, New Jersey, the restored brick Colonial Revival style mansion and 1960's era school building house both the unique outreach, community, formation and training programs of St. Paul's and the various ministries and departments of the Office of Evangelization of the Diocese of Paterson.

The Respect Life Office encourages, promotes and advocates for a reverence for life, from natural conception to natural death.
The Office of Ecumenism encourages and supports local efforts at creating dialogue and cooperation among Catholics and Christians of other ecclesial communities and believers of other major faith traditions.
The Office of the Diaconate oversees and ministers to those involved in the permanent diaconate for the Diocese of Paterson, offers programs for continuing education and formation, conducts the formation of those preparing for diaconal service, and advises, counsels and supports the Bishop in the assignment and placement of permanent deacons.
