A New Culture of Leadership to Revitalize Our Church

Chris Lowney will outline some of the challenges now facing us as a Church and invite us to consider the importance of "parish culture" as we develop plans to grow and enrich our parish communities. Specifically, Chris will talk about building a culture that is innovative, accountable, and that invites all parishioners to appreciate their leadership calling. Chris, a one-time Jesuit seminarian who later served as a Managing Director of JP Morgan & Co, is the author of numerous books, including the award-winning, Everyone Leads: How to Revitalize the Catholic Church. He is a member of Good Shepherd Parish in NYC, hates the Yankees, and roots for the Mets without feeling shame.
