Mark R. Scirocco

Board Member for Advocati ChristiMark R. Scirocco is a partner at Scirocco Law, P.C, located in Morristown, NJ. He specializes in civil litigation, representing clients in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, construction defect, toxic tort, dram shop, professional negligence, and employment law. He appears regularly in New Jersey state and federal trial courts, and is an experienced appellate advocate, having argued before both the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the New Jersey Appellate Division. His precedent setting cases include The Estate of Narleski v. Gomes, 244 N.J. 199 (2020), and Pareja v. Princeton Int'l Props., 246 N.J. 546 (2021).
Mark is a graduate of the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School. After law school, he clerked for Judge Michael Devine on the Fairfax Circuit Court in Fairfax, VA. He achieved his undergraduate degree from Providence College, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Mark has repeatedly been recognized in both Super Lawyers: Rising Stars and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch. In 2021 Mark was named by the National Law Journal as a “Trailblazer” in the area of Insurance Law. He was named as a “New Leader of the Bar” by the New Jersey Law Journal as part of its 2020 Professional Excellence Awards.
Mark currently serves as a Trustee of the Morris County Bar Foundation. He is Appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to the District X Fee Arbitration Committee.
